SALSA original 80’s US made 1″ quill headstem

Ross Shafer (founder of Salsa bikes) began building one off custom frames in the late 70’s, by the early 80’s he started to concerntrate on producing top end chromoly stems in various angles and lengths which was unheard of at the time.
The stem for sale is one of the rare items he built early on in his career.
